JAPAN lunch at Miyabi

Mrs. Dalja Kawasumi who is the owner of the restaurant Miyabi talked to students about her enthusiasm for Japanese cuisine. Also how she has found the cultural difference between Europe and Japan. After lunch, she showed us her new Zen style of the tea room with a garden of moss and few trees. And her tea bowl collections.

Besides that, students enjoyed Japanese food and answered with Mrs.
Kawakami's simple questions in Japanese.
 
Also the second-year student advised first-year students about studying
the Japanese language.
 
The menu was
・ Sweet and sour sauce of vegetables and chicken
・ grilled fish
・ Fukujinzuke of beets
・ Burdock and carrot Kinpira
・ Chrysanthemum Aemono
・ Rice
・Miso soup  mushrooms, tofu, wakame seaweed
・ Hojicha and sesame sweets
